What is Thermovo?
Thermovo is a leading manufacturer of high-efficiency air-source heat pumps, headquartered in Guangzhou, China with a European office in Amsterdam. We design and manufacture heat pump systems for residential and commercial applications across Europe.
Where are Thermovo heat pumps manufactured?
Our heat pumps are manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility in Guangzhou, China, which is ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified. All products are tested to meet European standards (CE, ERP, TUV).

What is the difference between R290 and R32 heat pumps?
R290 (propane) has an ultra-low Global Warming Potential (GWP < 3) and is the most environmentally friendly option. R32 has a GWP of 675, which is 30% lower than R410A. R290 units typically achieve A+++ ratings, while R32 units are A++ rated.
What size heat pump do I need for my home?
The size depends on your home's heat loss, insulation, and climate. As a rough guide: 4-6kW for apartments (50-80 sq m), 8-12kW for houses (80-150 sq m), 16kW+ for larger homes. We recommend a professional heat loss calculation for accurate sizing.
Can Thermovo heat pumps provide both heating and hot water?
Yes! All our heat pumps can provide space heating and domestic hot water. The All-in-One model also provides cooling, making it a complete HVAC solution.
Installation & Support
How long does installation take?
Typical installation takes 1-2 days for a standard residential system. Commercial installations may take 3-5 days. Our products are designed for easy installation with plug-and-play connections.
Do I need to replace my existing radiators?
Not necessarily. Thermovo heat pumps work with most existing radiator systems. However, for optimal efficiency, you may need to adjust the flow temperature or add larger radiators. Our technical team can advise on the best approach.
What warranty do you offer?
We offer a 2-year standard warranty on all products, with an optional 5-year extended warranty available. Compressor warranty is 5 years as standard.
Ordering
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For distributors and installers, our MOQ is 10 units. For project inquiries, we can accommodate smaller quantities. Please contact our sales team for a customized quote.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) and L/C at sight. For established partners, we offer more flexible payment terms. All prices are EXW Guangzhou or CIF to your nearest port.
How long is the lead time?
Standard lead time is 15-25 days after deposit confirmation. For large orders or customized products, lead time may be 30-45 days. We maintain stock in our European warehouse for faster delivery.
