12 years in heat pump sales — our founder’s industry experience.
During 12 years in heat pump sales, I worked with customers from different markets and saw the difficulties they faced when buying equipment.
Some problems only appeared after installation: a heat pump did not match the actual requirements, installation conditions had not been fully discussed, or a customer could not get a clear answer when something went wrong.
I founded Thermovo to bring that experience into my own brand. We start by understanding the project, help customers select suitable equipment and bring heat pumps, fan coils and water tanks into a coordinated proposal.
My aim is for customers to feel comfortable asking questions, understand what they are buying and know who is responsible for helping them when support is needed.
